We ask that new clients have a pre-consult prior to scheduling. Kindly email us with the following information:

  • What is your hair goal // inspiration?

  • What have you done to your hair recently?


Our stylists occasionally pause new client services. Your email preconsult will be kept on file for future availability.

Booking & payment

All scheduling will be done through our booking system at this time.  Your appointment will be personally reviewed before it is accepted to ensure your service, timing & pricing. Please notify us prior to booking if you intend on any drastic hair changes. All payments through credit card, cash or check - we accept all major cards. Gratuity through cash or check only. No Venmo. Our appointment times are pre-set for each service. We ask you to please reach out prior to your appointment if you are unsure how long your service may take or which service to schedule.

Arrival & contact

At this time the doors to our facility will be generally unlocked. If they are locked when you arrive please text your stylist. lateness beyond 15m will require rescheduling. Any recurring lateness or frequent cancellation will be taken into consideration when accepting future appointments.

Lateness & cancellation 

Moonstone Studio has implemented a cancellation policy requiring 72hrs notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellations exceeding 2 occurrences will require a deposit of 50% of the service requested before any future appointments are accepted. Cancellations can be done personally through our booking system or requested by emailing us directly Moonstonestudiohair@gmail.com 

 

"No show" appointments of any kind will require a 100% deposit of your service requested for any future appointments. 

 

Our studio will retain the deposit in the event of cancellations 72 hours or less. Your deposit will be credited to your service day of should you arrive on-time.

 

We ask that you contact our individual text lines to inform your stylist if you are going to be late for your appointment. Lateness exceeding 15 minutes may result in forfeiting your appointment entirely. Additonally, recurring lateness may prohibit us from accepting any future appointments at Moonstone Studio. 

Policies
Location & Hours

Moonstone Studio kindly asks you to reschedule your appointment if you're experiencing illness of any kind. We reserve the right to decline services to anyone entering the studio with obvious sickness/symptoms. Our stylists health & client safety is our priority.
